The project involves the landscape restoration of one of the residential courtyards in the Banne Noord neighborhood, with the aim of preserving its historical identity and improving its functionality and livability. The Masthof, rich in vegetation and original structures, is currently in a state of disrepair, with water infiltration, damaged equipment, and land subsidence.
The project is part of a broader renewal plan launched by the Municipality in 2021, in response to environmental and urban planning issues, and involves the participatory redevelopment of five courtyards. Our role included designing the new green spaces, technically assessing hydraulic issues, and managing the process with the local community.
