Overhoeks is the area closest to the center of Amsterdam on the north bank of the IJ, located on the former Shell industrial land. The project involves the development of three distinct areas: Campus 1 (already completed), Campus 3 (under development with social housing and student housing), and the Overhoeks Strip, characterized by high-density residential towers.
Our role included studying the new road profiles, landscape design of the urban park, and defining the building envelope of the 90-meter Kavel 7 tower. The project aims to enhance slow mobility and transform the streets into livable and safe pedestrian public spaces, integrated with the existing green system.
