Complete architectural design for a 350-seat restaurant within the iconic Monterosa 91 building, designed by RPBW, with whom a direct and ongoing dialogue was established. The project involved the complete renovation of the spaces, with particular attention to acoustics, interior details, and the glass-enclosed kitchen, equipped exclusively with electric hobs. Working drawings were developed for all components, from custom furnishings to systems. Quantity estimates, specifications, and cost estimates for the civil works were also prepared.
